Тонкости работы ног при топспине вместе с Фан Джендонгом, идея видеосправочника и теоретики с pingpangwang.com

Сегодня очередная веха в моем постижении топспина (справа). Здесь видеоролики с фрагментами тренировок Фан Джендонга. А предпоследний - для видеосправочника по технике почти всех ударов( Zhang Jike, Ma Long and Fan Zhendong).

Эти видео помогли мне понять, что первоначальный импульс для удара созадется за счет вращения корпуса относительно вертикальной оси. Чтобы обеспечить перемещение ракетки в одной плоскости нужно перед поворотом наклониться вперед (получается переносный эксцентрик)...

А еще я понял роль стоп при создании вращении. К некоторым видео я позволил добавить скудные коментарии...

1.Удар начинается с разворота бедер !!!

Рука с ракеткой еще остается внизу, а поворот бедер создает первый импульс для удара.

  1. Наклон корпуса вперед (в начале разворота) обязателен!!!.

  2. Ноги не выпрямлять !!!
    Полагаю, что их все же выпрямляют при контртопспине.

    Пробую имитацию толчка (push) - получается хуже, чем другие элементы. Почему? Пересмотрел видео. ОБратил внимание, что движение Фана напоминает (фехтовальный) укол. И толкает он не прямо (под мяч), а со спином - вектор спина направлен вверх.

    Другой вариант вращения - укол с расслабленной (shallow) кистью - вектор спина направлен вперед.

    Далее надо понять:
    Можно ли усилить спин?
    Как варьировать спин?
    Каковы наиболее вероятные ответы соперника?
