Первый ролик - Joo Se Hyuk - Defense Genius. Во втором плейлисте подборка из 17 видео. Начинается с ролика Koji Matsushita Training Video - Best defender of all time living legen...

Di Lan Ngo: Techniques tutorial Backhand chop with long pips¶
Дата загрузки: 16 окт. 2010 г.
*3 phases of the technique
1) Distribute weight evenly on both legs at your beginning position, dont lean too forward or backward because you will lose your balance or your mobility and believe me, you dont want that.
Let your left arm natural and loose ( if you're a rightie like me ), the right arm should be raised on the same level as your left shoulder, watch the ball carefully to anticipate the flight of the ball.
2) Approach the ball, and very often, place the weight on your left foot, except if the ball is really short and you have to have one foot in front of another.
Wait for the ball to bounce on your table, rises and when it is beginning to fall down, move your right arm quickly downwards and when your racket meets the ball, move your arm forward and also a bit upward.
3) Move back to your beginning position and make the follow through with your arm.
*OBS! As I've said in the video, you need to have different bat angles for different types of ball, slow topspin, fast topspin or a flat ball.
For a slow topspin ball, you should make a smoother contact and go a bit more forward, a topspin ball, just less foward movement and faster downward movement.
Against a flat hit, prepare to move backwards and use mostly downward motion.

http://www.PingSkills.com - Backhand Chop Tutorial
The backhand chop is used by defensive players to impart backspin on the ball which makes it harder to attack. It is played against a topspin stroke. In this tutorial we teach you the correct position for your feet, the starting position, and the finish position. We also talk about the equipment that best suits a defensive player looking to chop regularly during a match.
